Setting Up A PoliEngine Donation Page

Every PoliEngine site has the ability to take donations directly on the site or to link to an external donation software. That choice is entirely up to you depending on your needs.

To set up donation processing on your site, you need to first create a donation page. To do this, click the 3 lines on the lefthand side of the screen and click click the "Add New" and select "Page"

This will bring up a list of pre-designed page templates you can add to your site. Click on the "Donate" pages to select one of the donate page templates. This will now add a page with everything you need for donations. From here, you need to connect with Stripe, an external donation service, which we go into more detail on in this support article.
